Exchanges & Store Credit Info
Since our items are made just for you, we do not offer refunds.
All sales are final.
If you ordered the wrong size, we’re happy to help! You may exchange your item for a different size or receive store credit valid for 90 days.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
Items must be returned in original condition
We must receive the original item back before a replacement item is ordered or store credit is issued.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

MSM Stay Ready provides trip planning and booking assistance only. We do not own, operate, or control any lodging, properties, or riding areas. We are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, damages, losses, or issues that may occur during your trip, stay, or ride. All riders and guests assume full responsibility for their safety, actions, and decisions.
All payments are non-refundable. Once trip planning has begun, time and resources are committed immediately. No refunds will be issued for cancellations, changes, or no-shows for any reason. Changes to trip details after booking are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.
